2fa not fully working

Dear all,

we started with Confluence Cloud and enabled for everyone using the two way authentication.

For everyone we can see 2fa active.

Now we have the issue, some users dont have to enter their 2fa codes, they stay logged in.

It also dont matter if they work from home or office as by laptop or pc, there seems to be no pattern for that issue.

at this time we dont have atlassian access, but for all accounts 2fa is enabled correctly.
