2 vertical scroll bar when editing a page

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am seeing two vertical scroll bars while editing a page which makes the horizontal menu sticky and it is very annoying. Please help on how to remove the other scroll bar

This happens to me too, I'm not sure when it started but seems only to happen during edit mode. It hides the update button, so I have to look around for a minute to find it..
