table of contents

I'm trying to find a way to automatically generate the table of contents from a single page with all headings 1-5. Does anyone know how I can do this using the PDF template? Or is this generally not possible?

actually it looks like this:Unbenasdfgdfgsdfgnnt.PNGbut what i need looks like this:

Hi @serc!

I'd say almost everything is possible with custom macros. The question is -

"Has someone implemented it already or not yet?"

You can always be the first one ;)

the problem is, i dont know how :D

It's not a simple task, I'd agree. Though a not impossible one, I should say.

If you're interested I recommend to start here:

Writing User Macros

can i implement macros with the space admin permissions?

Hi @serc

To write user macros you'll need access to Confluence Administration Console.

i cant find this with my space admin permission, so i think only the global admin can do this or?

yes but there are no samples for the page number. Only for a table of contents in lite version :( ( im a beginner too :D)
