managing groups as admin

Hi, 

 

I have a role as Admin in confluence but can't find where I manage groups. There are already some groups which I can see when giving restrictions on articles, but no place with an overview.

I'm missing step 1, the square and "Site administrations" is nowhere to be seen.

Yes, I'm an Admin under "space settings", but I did not create the space. Seems like I'm missing "settings" and "site admin" under

- activity
- your work
- spaces
- people

since you're not a system admin, i don't think you can carry the function that you stated. An atlassian staff member is the system admin. Please contact support.
