export to word not work

When exporting to Word, export does not work. what needs to be done in order for documents to be successfully exported to Word format

incorrectly exports content directly in the editor. The content is not readable, some incomprehensible characters.
Also exported to pdf no Russian characters present only Latin characters in the exported pdf documents

Please give some more details on the issue:

  • Is it possible to provide a screenshot of the error?
  • Do you use Confluence platform export or some 3-rd party addon
  • It does not start or exports the content incorrectly?
