Currently I'm using my company account with old domain (email@example.com). Recently we've just switched our domain and my new email account becomes firstname.lastname@example.org. We are supposed to changed our jira account from the old email to the new ones. Instead, I accidentally created a new account using the new email. I have also deleted the new account which got created through new email id. When we are trying to change email id from the older account (email@example.com) it is showing following message :
Your email change request could not be processed because firstname.lastname@example.org is already associated with another Atlassian account.
