Migrating confluence from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2016

Hi,

I would like to know the best way to process of migrating the confluence Server from the existing Windows Server 2008 to Windows 2016 Server without any downtime on the existing instance

The current version of Confluence is 5.8.9 and we need to migrate the same version on the new Server as well

 

Note: We have around 9 GB attachments on the existing server
