How to add delimiter to field with multple values

I am using the JIRA Issue Macro and would like to have the multiple values of SPRINT separated with a comma in the JQL results remain. However,

JQL returns:

SPRINT

TEST-v1.0-CS1, TEST-v1.0-CS2, TEST-v1.0-CS3

JIRA Issue Macro returns:

SPRINT

TEST-v1.0-CS1 TEST-v1.0-CS2 TEST-v1.0-CS3

How can the commas be retained or duplicated using the JIRA Issue Macro?
