How can I use ConfiForm Forms to output Word documents

Using ConfiForms Forms, asking 3 basic queries - I'd like to output a Word document from these responses, adding common content after these 3 field's content has been added. IFTT Integration Rules has a creating attachment object but have not got this to function correctly. Input welcome.

You cannot create Word documents with ConfiForms, but you can create views over the data captured with your ConfiForms form and then use Export to Word on the page where you have created the views
