The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
Hi everyone,
In case you're not aware, it is not possible to put your Confluence or Jira behind a custom domain.
In my industry, sending a customer https://somethingtheydontrecognize.net/xyz rather than https://xyz.mycompany.com/ is a guaranteed way of creating confusion and damaging our customer relationships.
For this reason, my team has built a product called https://customdomainer.co/ — it's a way of customizing the URL of a Confluence/Jira site with your company's domain.
For example, you could use customDomainer to change https://yourcompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ to https://wiki.yourcompany.com/.
