Confluence Cloud vertical scrollbar on navigation menu doesn't work as expected

Brian Houston
December 5, 2017

We have a lot of top-level pages on our Confluence instance.  When trying to scroll down to view lower items, I can use the scroll wheel on my mouse, however - trying to grab the scrollbar does not work - and usually just collapses the sidebar.

This is unexpected for me and my users.  Aren't scrollbars meant to be handles that can be grabbed?

I continue to have difficulty and be frustrated with the user experience choices made for the new Confluence designscroll.png

I wholeheartedly agree.  This design flaw is extremely frustrating and is hurting user adoption greatly.
