Conditional formatting of a table

Peter McCrystal March 26, 2018

I currently have a table with Epic details and Red/Amber/Green row background colouring to indicate status. This is manually maintained, and I'd much prefer to automatically use the real source of truth (Jira) to achieve this.

I've tried a couple of custom macro's to achieve this, but keep running into issues around timing to pull data out / reformat the Jira data tables that I can find...

Does anyone know of an add-on or pointers for a user macro that could dynamically apply formatting on data pulled from Jira?

Hello @Peter McCrystal

Please note that since the 6.1.0 version, the Confluence Wiki Markup and Markdown syntax is supported in the Table Transformer macro.
It means that you can enhance the formatting abilities of your tables in Confluence.

With the help of the FORMATWIKI() function, conditional formattingconditional inserting of statuses are possible now.

Here are some other use cases you may need in the future.
