Batch PDF import via Confluence API

Hello -

I'm in need of converting thousands of PDF's into Confluence content. I'm wondering if my team can use the Confluence API to "convert" the PDF documents into a Confluence repository.

Additionally, I need to map a global permissions set for multiple user types (I'm less concerned about this and more about the possibility of importing PDF content and converting in through a "batch process.)

I welcome any feedback or suggestions.

Thanks.

@Gregory Levine what do you mean "converting thousands of PDF's into Confluence content"?

Do you mean that all pdf content will be converted into Confluence pages?
