Attachment macro buttons

With the Attachment Macro, for each attachment, the buttons Preview, View, Properties, Edit, and Delete appear at the end of the list of versions. At first, this is fine, but after a while, the user has to scroll or mouse wheel to get to the buttons. After a while, this consumes several seconds for each edit.

Is there a way to move the buttons to appear at the top of the list, or to also appear at the top of the list, so the user never has to scroll for each edit?
