After upgrading from 7.18.3 to 1.19.6

Edited

Hi, After I upgrade I got a message saying that confluence detected an existing database and I need to choose go back to database setup or continue and overwrite existing data. I am afraid to chose both so I restart and still i got that message.  This is production therefore I have to be careful.  Can anyone guide me on how to fix this please?

BTW, this is dedicated server instance and is running using k8s, I'm using this image https://hub.docker.com/layers/atlassian/confluence-server/7.19.16/images/sha256-ef30359fe99773e74d5a9b04f551addf8fe039183d5d094e5099072e7ca6cd44?context=explore
