Using Confluence as a Knowledge Base for JSM is a life saver.  Extracting 50+ years of knowledge from the company's history and documenting it so our agents can quickly find answers to commonly asked questions and customers can help themselves with some commonly asked questions.

Wow!  Confluence Premium Automations integrating with Jira are great for Product Development.  As you create requirements, you can create Jira Tickets for the tasks automatically.

JSM has more Customer Friendly integration using Atlassian Intelligence, the Knowledge Base and the Virtual Agent.

I’m so glad I found the session link on time! It felt like time just flew by. They talked about some really cool stuff, like how you can easily mix and match Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. And get this - you can even create tickets right in the Confluence whiteboard and answer questions in JSM using knowledge base articles with translations. That’s super handy! Oh, and you can label these tickets with all the important info. And the automation stuff is the cherry on top. These features sound amazing, and I can’t wait to try them out and see how they can help me out.

I learnt how Confluence Premium allows teams to automate repetitive tasks and streamline common workflows. By automating actions like page approvals, notifications, and content reviews, teams can focus on higher-value tasks while reducing manual overhead.

The virtual service agent in Help Center is something I think will help a lot of customers. I've also seen a lot of people here on Community struggling with having many portals and customers not being able to quickly find specific requests they want to submit. Think this can quickly provide information to end-users without having the need for agents or other personnel to get involved in these 'simple' requests and questions.

Wow wow wow! Gotta say this was one of the best webinars since the Atlassian Team conference reveal.

My favorite feature and something I learned from this webinar was the automation templates to create the "Smart Button". That feature will come in handy in many ways for our stakeholders + feature requests. VERY cool. Looking forward to the rest of the upgrades that premium will bring.

We are going to trial premium and already have it planned to upgrade to premium first thing 2025. CANT WAIT!
