HI @Mindy Park  @Avinoam
Thanks for the AMA Webinar 2 days ago, it was very informative and insightful.
I have been checking the various plans for automation and needed clarification regarding the premium. 1,000 automation per user means:
1. 1000 monthly runs for users or 1000 rules?
2. As I understand there isn't a differentiation between Confluence/site Admin and other users.
From an organizational perspective, there is a difference between the automation tasks a Confluence/site admin needs to run on the entire org and between regular users (even if they are space admins). We are trying to establish standardization on an organization level, not a space level. It is hard to do so when we don't have the appropriate tools or the ability to allocate the resources (automation in this case).  for example, we have more than 300 communal spaces (granted we need to delete some of them),and we wanted to establish automation to a content life cycle regular automated process that without automation it isn't achievable. We have no resources to do it at a space level and want to have generic rules on a site level that the Confluence admin would manage. This will mean thousands of runs monthly that would be triggered by 1 user.
Do you have a solution for that?
Best,
Tami

@Tami Dubi thanks for the questions!

1. 1,000 monthly runs.

2. You can set automations at the site or space level, and the rule runs will count as they run regardless from which space and which user is the rule actor.
