Hi Summer,

We've recently published a video about Confluence Whiteboards. In it, we explain several use cases based on a team with a new idea for their product that they want to ship to their customers.

For example, we show how you can use Confluence Whiteboards to host brainstorming workshops or create wireframes, and many more.

Hope it helps and inspires you!

Cheers,
Steffen

After watching the K15t video, I thought I might use whiteboards to make quick process flow diagrams. I tend to do this before writing my user documentation to make sure that I have the process correct. Doing it in Confluence, I can share with my team to answer any questions or to update when we implement changes. I can even take screenshots of the diagrams to use in my pages.

We are planning to upgrade to Premium, but, until then, I figured I would just put related process flows a single whiteboard to stay within my limit of 3.

Hi Summer,

I see it as the best solution for brainstorming and planning processes.

Hello Summer,

We use Confluence Whiteboards for some scrum ceremonies, they are pretty cool (and quick) for remote colaboration and allow us to add ideas or vot for some features.

Cheers,

Aris

Hello Summer,

For us there are indeed Retrospectives, we have created a database (database confluence) shared with our internal community with several templates. We also have estimation and brainstorming workshops. And also for the PI Planning part, depending on the size of the ARTs.

Hi there Summer.

We have started using it for collaborative, remote workshops including retros, story mapping, brainstorming and for inductions etc. It is still very much in its infancy as a product, but our hope is that it will grow with functionality as it gets traction as a product.

Regards

Marten

Hi Summer,

Brain storming, the more the merrier and SWOT analysis of projects, for people to drop their thoughts into whats going well, whats not etc.

Cheers
