Reordering table rows

How can I reorder table rows like how I would reorder on Jira? Other companies (Notion, Coda) allow you to drag to reorder rows.

I can only select a table row, but I can't drag it around.

Yes, reordering columns would be of great help.

It would also be great if there would be an option to add a column at any position in the database.
