Is there a way, as admin, to activate Confluence databases beta only in one specific space?

Org admins or product owners do not want to have beta-features interfere everywhere in the production environment. Therefore is it possible to activate Confluence Databases beta only in one or some spaces @Divya Sriram ?

It is mentioned that "space admins manage who can create and edit databases within their space" but I cannot see how that happens (see below): there are no separate settings for pages and databases

Hey Filip - as of today, 

• we don’t have a way to separate pages and database settings
• and databases have to be enabled across all spaces in a site
