[Feature request] How about a way to do comments on database entries or fields?

Collaboration and feedback are so central to how we work, I'd love to be able to have the usual Confluence-style comments be applicable to database entries.

I had the same thought yesterday! It would be really useful for other users to be able to question the content of a database so we can discuss whether it's right or clarify anything!
