page content exceeds which throws error

Dear Team,

 

While publishing the page in the confluence we are getting error as "Unable to communicate with the server. Saving is not possible at this moment."

Request to provide the troubleshoot for the same as soon as possible.

Hi Vivek,

Thank you for raising this with us. 

We are finding that users get this error while using the legacy editor, and the issue usually resolves itself after a page refresh. It could be that your Synchrony is having a timeout issue at the time you are trying to save.

Could you try refreshing the page and save again? Your changes will be saved in a draft, so you won't lose any data.

If you continue to have issues, then I recommend that you contact your Network Administrator and make sure that none of the Atlassian Cloud IP Ranges and Domains are being blocked on your end.
