Thank you for reporting this to us. I have definitely seen issues like this pop up in the past, but the cause can be different depending on the instance. We'd need to get a good luck at your logs to know for sure what is causing the issue.
I would recommend first if you can check if the issue affects all your users, across various networks (internal and external to your company), and if disabling all add-ons in your browser fixes the issue. You can also check with your network admins that all of the required IP and domains are not being blocked by a firewall.
Gather that information, and please provide it in a ticket to our Cloud Support team. From there, we can have a look and find out what might be causing it.
