Heya,
Recently we are struggling with a knowledge base confluence space where users should be able to lookup issues/ guides/ materials via a Live Search at the front page of the space.
Issue here is, that when the keywords are typed in, the correct issue pops up, but when you want to open the page, it leads you to a "Page Not Known".
I have noticed that it tries to redirect the user to atlassian.net/wiki/pages/<PAGEid>
while the correct link is atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/wiki/pages/<PAGEid>
All of these pages are in the Knowledge base space and the Live Search is set for the Knowledge base space with no other filters applied.
Any suggestion how to fix the linking of the Live Search?
Many thanks.
We may have a similar issue.
UPDATED: Our issue is that non-licensed Users of Confluence (in our case Customers from Jira Service Management) can view everything in the knowledge base but cannot use Live Search or Labels: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-41227
I confirmed that giving Product Access to Confluence as a "User" role, that Customer can then use Live Search and Labels. Remove Confluence/User access and the Live Search stops working for the Customer.
We don't want to require our Jira Service Customers to also be Confluence Users just so they can use Live Search and Labels. They can read all pages, why can't they use Search?
OP I'm curious if you're having the same issue?
