Insert instructional text in a template

In the documentation about templates it says that to insert instructional text you should 

To insert instructional text:

  1. Choose Template > Instructional Text in the toolbar
  2. Type in your instructional text (for example, Insert an image of the interface here.)

I can not find the Template element in the toolbar. Here is a screenshot

Hi @Micha Roon and welcome to Community!

In the new Confluence editor, you can find the Placeholder text option (i.e., instructional text) in the + menu:

I found in another string that you have to hit "Enter" and not tab or click out for the "Placeholder Text" to actually hold.
