In some spaces I can't comment on image files, the option doesn't even show in bars.

Hi everyone,

I've noticed recently that some of new spaces I've created seem to lack an option to put a comment on an image file. I've never encountered such a problem before. 

My permission scheme hasn't been changed (im an admin) and I still use the same browser (Safari). 

It doesn't matter if I was the one to upload the image or someone else within our organization. Any ideas where can I find it?

Will be grateful for every hint to solve that!
