How to show space drop down in move page dialog

I have a requirement to show all the spaces in a drop down on Move page dialog box. The Users should be able to see all the available spaces on the drop down.

See screenshot for how to find all available spaces for your move.

We have dedicated space for published pages. will move all published pages to published space. In order to facilitate user, would like to populate published space on the dropdown by default.
