How to create a numbered list of of action logs?

I created my own action log template. When a user clicks the "create from template" button, I would like the title to automate an ID number for the action log created. This way, all the action logs have an id number and can be listed easily.

Thanks Vero! I also inserted the "Create from template" macro. I was wondering if there is a way to automate a number within the Title every time a user uses the template? It's a good way to number the numerous action logs created without having to manually enter a count.
