How can I analyze data usage to cull content?

What tools exist to see how we're using our cloud data storage by space/page?

We just hit the limit and I'd like to be able to cull old/irrelevant content by prioritizing pages and spaces that use a lot of storage.

Verify that you actually hit the limit first. We received an email saying we were at our limit today, but we're actually nowhere near it.

Just chiming in to echo what @adams.laborde said - we received an email just today that said we were at our limit, and we're not even close.
