Granting edit access to restricted page

We have a restricted page. Only one user for who I granted edit access is not able to edit the page, he is not seeing edit option, others for who I granted access are able to.

What could be causing issue for this one team member?

Hey Jyothi! 

I would check the space permissions first. If he has no edit permissions in the space, restrictions will not take effect.

If you are administrator of the space you should have the "Space Settings" link in your left menu. The whole bar is actually the Space menu :

After that you will see the Permissions tab above:
