I am looking for a solution for document management lifecyle within the cloud version of Confluence.
I need to be able to do the following:
1) Create policies/documents
2)Send it out for multiple folks for review
3)Track changes
4)track version changes to a "FINAL" document
5) Set up a notification alert when it is time for review of the policy/document.
One app to definitely check out in the Marketplace is Comala Workflows Lite. It doesn't address all your stated needs, but it's a great start.
