Connecting to Confluence returns a 404 with correct URL

My URL for confluence is correct https://mycompany.atlassian.net but it returns a 404 in the application link config. I was white listed the url and there is no proxy. The JIRA server box can connect to the confluence url

I had to add "/wiki"
