Changing organization admin

Hi,

I need to change my cloud organization admin because there's a new email address to use.

However I'm unable to find how to do this?

Any tips or help is appreciated.

I hope this message finds you well :)

I'm not sure to completely get what you need. Below are some questions that could help me to find this out:

  • When you are talking about your cloud "organization", are you talking about your Atlassian site (with the administration URL "https://yourdomain.mediametrie.net/admin") or your Atlassian Access Organization (accessible through the URL "https://admin.atlassian.com/")?
  • When you are talking about "changing" your organization admin, do you mean change he/she's email address only, or the whole account?

Thanks for your feedback. 

If you just want to change the email address of an Atlassian account, you need to go to the profile settings of that account by following this direct link: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email
But, accessing that link supposes that you are authenticated to your Atlassian site as the site admin account (the "Log in as" feature will not work in this case).
