Dear all ,
An administrator of our Confluence cloud erased by mistake some pages with files attached.
I correctly exported a backup version via Backup Manager but now I can't import this zip file via "Import Spaces".
Anyone has an idea why ?
Thank you in advance.
Regards ,
Maxime,
Backup manager creates site backups. These cannot be imported as a space. If you want to restore a single space from this backup you'll need to restore it to an external Confluence Server version staging instance, export the single space you want, and re-import that.
Otherwise if you restore the site backup it will overwrite the entire Confluence instance (and cannot be done if you're using Jira in conjunction with Confluence).
I hope that helps!
Let us know if you have any trouble.
