Anonymous Access with SAML

Is it possible to setup anonymous access to Confluence cloud when using SAML authentication?

I tried enabling anonymous access in the global settings, made a confluence page open to anonymous access but when I try to access Confluence, it tells me I need an account.

Thanks!

Hello Joseph,

Thank you for contacting us about this.

Confluence shouldn't ask you to login via SAML unless you try to access a page that isn't open for anonymous access.

It sounds like there might be an issue with your settings. I've noticed you raised a ticket already with our Cloud Support Team, so they will be able to have a look at your instance and determine the issue.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Shannon
