Hello everyone,
I'm an engineer from the Confluence Cloud Mobile team. We'd like feedback about how our product is being used. While we're particularly interested in insights from admins, anyone with relevant information is welcome to share.
We've observed that some instances have a high mobile adoption rate, while others show very low numbers. We believe this might be influenced by company policies, configurations like VPNs, IP allowlists, MDM, and enterprise app stores.
Have you intentionally limited mobile access in your company? If so, what was the reason? And how can Confluence improve to better support mobile use?
Did you intentionally disable push notifications for your instance? What was the rationale behind this choice? And how can Confluence adapt to help users receive efficient collaboration notifications?
Are there challenges you face in delivering mobile services to your company's users?
Is there anything else you wish Confluence Mobile had to serve your users better?
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards,
Nikita Leonov
