How do you use Boards / Project Tracking Software ?

Dear Community,

My name is Sekajipo Taplah; I’m a product manager on Confluence Cloud, working on new forms of content creation.

We are doing some early research to understand how people track projects, tasks or milestones in their everyday tools. We’re also interested in learning more about why people use Kanban Boards, such as Trello.

I think this is old thread but, quit interesting, I'm looking for better solution for planning, roadmapping content creation and then exporting as well.

Haven't tried this with confluence, what are the possibilities and which tool is perfect for this?
