We use Microsoft SharePoint & OneDrive for Confluence | Atlassian Marketplace
It costs, but does the job pretty good. You have to get used to the limited functions when editing a file directly, but works pretty good.
If you want to INTEGRATE them so that Confluence can see all the content in Sharepoint, or visa versa, you'd need a plugin. Exactly what you can and cannot do from there would depend on the plugin
Example: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218247/sharepoint-connector-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
(this is not an endorsement, you would need to investigate the price and security requirements for your org).
If you just want to copy a link from Sharepoint, you can do so with no special considerations. Just paste a link into an appropriate field.

Sorry Pres, you'll have to look at the documentation for the plugin you're going to use. It's in the support tab.
They're all different, but you can find the required documentation right on the marketplace link.

I believe you have to install one of the apps/plug-ins. The ones I've seen to do this are free up to 10 users but cost money with more than that. The one I saw was Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive for Confluence by Team Files.

We have not gotten it and tried it because we have more than 10 users and would have to pay for it. But so far it is the only way I've found to do this.
