We're looking for the most innovative, functional, and visually appealing Confluence Cloud company landing pages out there. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to showcase your company’s landing page and share the story behind it.

How to Enter:

  1. Snap a Pic: Send us an image of your Confluence Cloud landing page. (Please ensure any sensitive info is scrubbed out!)
  2. Share Your Story: Write a brief explanation about the techniques, add-ons, and macros you used. Tell us about your landing page's goals, how it ties into your site’s organization, and its success stories.

The Prize:

The creators of the top three landing pages will each receive a Sonos Roam! This contest is all about sharing knowledge, getting inspired, and maybe snagging a cool gadget along the way.

Ever since I started our main space/page in Confluence was just lots of links to other spaces within Confluence. Last year we made the decision to redo our IT space and move away from using the JSM portal since it allowed us to show more information and allow the user to be more self serviced. And as part of that I decided to redo our main Confluence page it is now looking like this:

We evaluated a handful of apps in the Marketplace and finally settled on Aura/Karma which is being used to generate the tiles.

Hello Bryan, I'm Jan, a Co-Founder at appanvil. As an Atlassian Creator and a Platinum Marketplace Partner, I'm excited to present our design to you.

Understanding the significance of a company landing page in Confluence, I see the value in your contest to create an optimal user experience. Given the challenges in sharing specific company Confluence uses due to legal constraints, I've focused on a hypothetical Sonos landing page. This strategy avoids the need to translate a different company's design into your brand and environment.

I've chosen Mantra by appanvil, the leading social intranet app for Confluence Cloud. It features an array of elements for your landing page (called dashboard): company branding and theming, company news, posts, praises and questions, and links to essential work tools. Additionally, it includes sections like birthdays, work anniversaries, new starters, company events, and social media integrations. Here are some news design variations:

A dashboard is part of a workspace and Mantra allows for the creation of multiple independent workspaces. Each workspace can be tailored for different offices or regions, featuring custom theming, news, posts, and more, ensuring a unique and personalized experience across your organization.

An important feature of Mantra is its intuitive navigation. The sidebar menu in Mantra allows users to seamlessly switch between the dashboard and other views like news or events. Additionally, Mantra offers a personalized menu bar that remains visible regardless of where users are in Confluence. This enables the creation of easily accessible menu entries tailored to your organization's needs, such as teams, product documentation, support, onboarding, and even daily essentials like lunch options.

I'm glad to have had the opportunity to create this design for you. I hope it aligns well with your vision and meets your expectations for a dynamic and engaging Confluence landing page.

Best regards,

Jan

Hello @Bryan Guffey,

I'm writing to kindly inquire about the status of my submission, as I haven't yet received any feedback. I noticed that Mikael received a prompt response on his submission, which is great. Considering the contest closed three days ago, I was wondering if there might be any update or feedback you could share with me.

Best regards,

Jan

Jan - your proposal was amazing! It inspired our team, and we’ve taken both of your ideas into our planning for our landing page!

I’ll be reaching out to both of you privately early next week to get shipping information for your Sonos Roam prizes!

thank you so much!
