Folks, I have produced some useful templates for the past five years that have helped my teams organize documentation ranging from incident reports (post-mortem), how-to guides, Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), and personnel onboarding (30-60-90) plans.
You can see some examples in the following screenshots. The examples are in Portuguese, but I would surely translate them into English before sharing. Most of them use the page properties macro, which enabled us to create listings that are easy to browse. It is really useful to check the history of incidents, to check who was the onboarding buddy partner of a recently hired employee, and so on.
I saw templates shared by other companies like Hubspot, but I could not find any information on how to submit templates for Atlassian consideration.
An incident record describes the impact of the incident and further actions to prevent it from happening in the future.
Listing of incident reports (redacted). The page properties macro is useful.
An architecture decision record (ADR) is a document that captures an important architectural decision made along with its context and consequences.
We always define a buddy who is responsible for helping the new employee in their first three months (hence 30-60-90 in the name). The plan includes people the new hire should meet, documents that must be read, and other useful instructions.
A well-formatted page to summarize the OKRs and roadmap of a given period of time.
@eriksencosta there are some templates already in the library that have some overlap with yours. However, that should not stop you from submitting any feedback or suggestions you may have.
JAC - jira.atlassian.com has a location for Confluence Cloud bugs and suggestions.

In the past year they have deprecated suggestions and provide this guidance:
Thank you for helping to improve our products, Atlassian values your input.
We receive feedback from a number of different sources and combine that with other factors when we plan our product roadmap. Learn more about how we use your feedback in our Implementation of New Features policy.
Step 1: Before sharing your idea with us, please check that it’s not already on our roadmap and not an existing open Suggestion. If you find an open Suggestion, go ahead and vote, watch, or comment to help us decide whether to put it on our roadmap.
Step 2: If it’s something new, use the Give Feedback option in the help menu of our products, or start a conversation in the Atlassian Community. If you’re on a Standard or Premium plan and need help, contact our Customer Support team.
Regards,
Atlassian Product Management Team
I hope this helps you!
Why is there not a community built templates gallery for users to access and utilize?
