I have been experimenting with using the Company Hub as a "Confluence landing page" by directly linking users in other venues (chat, e-mail, newsletter, etc.) so they can gain access to the information I've included. This includes a route to our Jira Service Management ticketing system, which has further support articles, resources, and help ticket forms.
This first image is the banner I have across our primary environment. It serves to try and direct people to the Hub as I find no users naturally click on the "Company Hub."
This is the top of the Company Hub page. It is intended to be simple, straightforward, and not overwhelm the users.
This is the bottom section, where I take the opportunity to pass on some baseline governance information and then route the user either to Atlassian University for training or to our Jira Service Management system.
