Hi Compass community,

Katie here from the product team.

I wanted to cross-post this Discussion from the Jira community group. I'd love to hear how you use the Components field in Jira today. Does it match up with how you use, or think you'll use Compass? Is it totally different? We want to know it all!

How do YOU use Jira Components today?

Check out the original discussion, and feel free to leave comments there or here with your insights. Feedback is greatly appreciated, as always!

Thanks,

Katie

We used to group issues within a project into smaller sets. For example, teams may use components to group issues that describe work on specific data objects, services, plug-ins, or APIs within their project.
