New year, new projects, new badges!

 Happy new year, friends!

For the first time, we’re awarding a Kudos badge based on an action you can take in one of our products, Atlas! 🤯

All you have to do is log into Atlas with the same account you use for community, and create a new project. You’ll earn the Atlas Kickoff badge and 200 Kudos points. Plus, the new year is the perfect time to start a new project and set yourself up for smooth communication and collaboration in Atlas. This badge is available through the whole month of January.

It’s free to sign up and give Atlas a try. And you can read all about projects and how to use them in the Atlas help center, or watch a video about Atlas here.

Let us know what project you’re kicking off this year with! (For example, one of ours is Project Welcome Mat, looking to improve the way we onboard new users to this very platform.)

So make sure you’re enrolled in Kudos, go forth, and get this year off to a great start.

Note: Data is sent to Kudos from Atlas once per day, so allow 24 hours for this badge to show up on your Kudos profile.

Does this apply if I already have an Atlas install in my account?

A second question that only applies for me if the answer to Nic's is yes...Will this apply if the Atlas project is created via the Jira epic?

I love this idea! Bringing activities that we perform in our day-to-day usage of Atlassian products in to the community.

I created a project in my Dev instance named The Invisible Man. This is meant to be our '6th man' on the team that is there providing updates for the organization.

Looking forward to see how this goes. 🤞.

I've been using Atlas for my Atlassian Community goals, now adding a project for it. 🌐

New badges, badges here, badges there, badges everywhere!

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- if you already have Atlas in your account, we'll have to hook you up manually but we definitely can. You can also just create a new project :)

@Amanda Barber the answer is also yes since it will be manual, but in general I will find out about the Jira epic-Atlas project workflow for you.

@Andy Gladstone haha that's clever! I love it.  Stay tuned for our next product-related badge, I'm sure there will be one.

I do indeed already have Atlas, and I created a new project in it when I read this post!

@Amanda Barber Hi Amanda, I just confirmed that it does apply to Atlas projects created from the Jira epic!

Thanks, @Net Rushford - I saw the badge this morning after creating a project with that workflow yesterday as part of my standard operations haha! 😂

Got that Badge!  Thanks @Monique vdB

Oh and this happened today.
Thanks @Dave Liao for sending me over the top, and a few other folks for sending those extras to get me so close.
