At first, I saw we have a new #1

Think it is the first time that I see another name on top

If the Kudos program starts for all, is there a possibility to create 2 leaderboards?

1 for the community leaders and 1 for the rest?

I am happy that I got > 3k kudos, but there is no chance for normal users to reach the 10k+ that active community leaders got for answering all the questions.

Strange! I do have the separation in "community leaders" and "the rest" already in the Kudos dashboard - so exactly what you asked for, @Alexander Pappert 

But the closer I look into the lists it seems they are quite random. I see Community Leaders missing in the appropriate tab. Maybe this needs a re-sync ;)

in the global tab, there are all users or only non leaders?

I don't see a pattern which would make any obvious sense to me .. in Global there are users, Community Leaders, Atlassian staff - and on a closer look this applies also to Community Leaders tab. But interestingly enough this time populated with a different set of users.

This would have to be explained, at the moment I cannot identify any schema.

Global should show everyone including Leaders; if you are Community Leader you should see a separate board for Community Leaders only.  

Some of us on the Atlassian side are currently classified as Community Leaders for testing purposes. :)

I'd like to have 1 for the normal users without the leaders

so maybe

• global -  for all users
• leaders  - only for leaders
• members  - without leaders

That's a nice screenshot but it was only for a small amount of time! 😂

Well as far as I know kudos program was almost similar for normal members and community leaders & managers! 

everyone should read these:

A normal member can also get the scores that I have got!  

A NORMAL MEMBER CAN EARN THAT SCORE

so don't think you can't o or earn that much score!

As 2021 is coming, Get Hyped, enroll yourself in the kudos program, complete tasks help others, try something new and show everyone YOU CAN DO THIS, YOU CAN ARCHIVE THIS, and be on the top of the kudos leaderboard!
