where is atlassian-bitbucket.log in 4.13.0?

It should be in <BITBUCKET_HOME>/log

It is not in <BITBUCKET_HOME>/logs/. the following files are under logs

catalina.2017-02-02.log 

host-manager.2017-02-02.log 

manager.2017-02-02.log

catalina.out            

localhost.2017-02-02.log

That's the BITBUCKET_INSTALL directory (where the application is unzipped). BITBUCKET_HOME is where your repository data is stored.
