upgrade our local server

We are going to upgrade our local server that run the bitbucket (application and data)

The old server is MS 2008

and his name is IL01SD001

The new server is SQL-Express 2019

And his name is IL01SD002.JEHL.Internal

We want to know how to upgrade to the new server without losing the functionality of the bitbucket (application and data)

Is there any instruction how to do it?
