After performing the hosted svn to Bitbucket migration, is there any way to retrofit the svn commit links that appear in JIRA issues to their corresponding git hashes in Bitbucket? These links provide context when JIRA issues are revisited / reopened, so maintaining that connection between the commit and the issue would be immensely valuable.

There is a potential you could install the JIRA DVCS connector and a sync would pick up any commit messages that XREF issues. It is worth a shot.
