svn dump download from webdav is timing out

I'm trying to download our SVN dump from the backupmanager webdav folder.. It's 2.8gb, and times out consistently after a few minutes.

Does anyone know how to wget or whichever with a parameter to continue the download from webdav?

wget can do this..

wget -t 50 https://user:passwd@domain.jira.com/webdav/backupmanager/svn.dump.gz
