Can you elaborate on the issue, specifically what did you mean by user directories in Bitbucket Cloud? Maybe your question is tagged incorrectly?

Sure.
There are few employees who has two bit-bucket internal directory(user account) with same email id but with different user name. I don't know how they got created and tried deleting their one of the directory but after some time later, it again shows that deleted directory in the user section.
User Directory means user account.
