Recently, I utilized the filter-branch tool to remove large files from my repository, resulting in a significant reduction in its size (from 2.04GB to just 6MB). While I am pleased with the successful size reduction, I have noticed that the reduced size is not reflected on the repository's webpage.
In my search for a solution, I came across a closed question indicating that dangling references in a remote repository can be addressed by requesting assistance from the Atlassian team. While I understand that this may not be an urgent matter, I would greatly appreciate it if you could initiate a garbage collection process on the repository. This would not only help me maintain a clean and efficient repository but also ensure that the reduced size is accurately displayed on the webpage for all users to see.
